mixed experience at this hotel
poor room position unhelpful staff
the location was excellent and very accessible from the airport as we took the skybus. the hotel is only a short ride on the tram.
I booked a premium room and paid extra, but i was very disappointed with the position of the room. we may as well have been in the basement. i could not even see the sky from the window. I was just looking at a blank concrete wall. staff were not very helpful. They did not advise on check in that we needed to move the car after we messed up our parking.

awesome location, terrific stay!

the hotel is super central! it is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. the staff were nice and helpful. i booked a stay including breakfast and the price was fantastic. also, i received an automatic upgrade to a superior king room which was so amazing!
The self-service check in was a little unusual. Though, it was quite quick and easy

the staff were fantastic, friendly, efficient and helpful! when i asked for assistance at the front desk, they were so ready to help. it was polite service at this hotel, and that makes me so happy.

The hotel offers self-service check-in kiosks! this made the process quick and easy. there are digital kiosks, and i enjoyed those! there are only two lifts. So that could be annoying during peak times. i never experienced any waiting.

The location was excellent with very easy access to shops, bourke street mall, emporium, centre and qv. chinatown was close by. coin operated laundry was on-site. I was grateful for that. the staff was friendly and accomodating.
i booked a premium room and paid extra. i was very disappointed with the position of the room.

The location provides very easy access to public transport. The bathroom was nice and very clean. Staff members were AMAZING and very helpful..

the staff were very helpful! and my room was super clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. being able to store bags before check in and after check out was convenient. the location is central, it's why i always choose to stay here.
The shower pressure was horrible and quite dangerous i tried showering at different times. Morning, late at night and even afternoon. the water was always cold and hold and never stable.

The hotel is right in the middle of the central business district, near many attractions. It's also easy to get to from flinders street station. chinatown is nearby offering amazing food options with the tram stop conveniently located around the corner. a shopping mall is directly across the street and another is connected to the hotel.

the hotel features a rooftop bar with gorgeous views. the option to store bags both before check-in and after check-out added significant convenience. a deal with the rooftop bar was a definite plus and offered a great experience. the hotel provides a good breakfast.

the rooms are large and spacious. foxtel is available on the tv. amenities are clean and well kept. the bathroom was especially nice and clean.
